    I am pretty good with music theory however I am not sure why is that you can do the Dminor pent scale over the G7 and major over the D7. can? you give me a quick simple explanation please. thank you

    Its from greek!! Pente(?????) in greek means five :) then? i guess the word change a bit in english and became penta…(im from greece i know hehe )
