    shredding is not in my bag of usual tricks but I can definitely see the benefits in this lesson as it easily adapts to many different genre and styles of guitar playing. And as far as the comments on there being a lack of soul in his playing…run? scales and spider exercises for 10 minutes and then show off that purdy mouth…

    What gear does Dave use (amplification? and effects)? Does anyone know???

    for the video’s I usually just use a Fender GDEC with an overdrive. Yesterday, I did one with just a Micro Cube. My personal rig is an EVH 5150 III with Dunlop and MXR Pedals. I put? a delay and reverb in the effects loop and use a overdrive in the front with a noise surpresser
