my my my, i’ve pissed off another pre-pubescent guitar player. big fucking surprise. first off how the **** old are you? bringing on boastful comments has nothing to do with why your comment pissed me off. its stupid to think that we should abandon what we have learned in music over hundreds of years because some ******* thinks that he should get special treatment. why don’t you got to fucking school and learn about how to be a real musician, *****. uhuruhuruhur get owned……

I agree with mike. You tak something that can be learned and make it impossible to learn. You make things too complicated.

ok first of all i wasnt even insulting you, i was just neglecting to say that in addition to reforming music teaching, people who already have a grasp on the technical side are fine, but they would be even better if they looked at it from a different perspective. second of all i reinvented the hendrix chord. third of all id bet both my arms im twice the guitar player you are, and give me the chance and ill prove it.(ive only been playing six months, by the way.) just bring it on *****.get owned

first off, if you knew the first thing about building chords, you would know exactly what I’m talking about. everybody knows how to spell a chord,
Root-third-fifth-seventh. if you cant grasp that simple concept, than i suggest that you find a new hobby….

what the hell are you people talking about.music can be pretty complicated if you take it out of context and turn it into something practically scientific, but its real simple if you learn to under stand the reason behind the sound on your own. they need to reform music school….it could be a lot easier

pretty helpful i already knew thes chords but i play them from different positions as you, i no the diminished chords but i usually do the diminished 7th chords, and with the G7 i usually would use that note on the a string that you said to skip, but anyway still helpful because i always see people play 7th chords your way with all the string mutes thought i was doing something wrong even tho i learned from theory

man when im doin chords i never do more than like 3 or 4 voicings. forget the fifth unless its altered. 1-3-7, 1-3-7-9, 3-7-9-11 and so on. but yeah thats just me. i used to play all of the voicings but got yelled at by people for making a muddy sound among the other members

Your comment was useless because you most likely didn’t want to learn jazz guitar in the first place. You say “too repetitive” like as if you know anything about what it takes to learn this style. What he tought was so basic, that it really can’t be useless.

You know what Im saying man; Dont judge something you dont care for, or know about. People do it way too much, and need a more balanced view on things.
